Welcome to Sproat Lake Paradise!
Relax and enjoy this lake front getaway situated on a 1/2 acre of beautifully landscaped waterfront property on Sproat Lake. Whether your pleasure is fishing, water sports, or relaxing, you'll find it all here! This split level 1700 square ft. cabin has one bedroom upstairs with a queen size bed, full bathroom, kitchen and living room with queen size pull-out couch. Downstairs has one bedroom with a queen size bed, family room with two futons, laundry room and half bathroom.
Lots of windows both up and down to enjoy the fabulous view of the lake!
Enjoy the open layout and beautiful wrap around deck off the kitchen. Living room also has french doors that lead out onto the deck.
RV's, tents, trailers, pets, and indoor smoking are not allowed, thank you for understanding.

Rates: 2009
 May & Sept $1000 per week, or $175 per night (2 night minimum)
June $1200 per week, or $200 per night (2 night minimum)
July & August $1600 per week (Saturday to Saturday).
Oct. thru April $800 per week, or $125 per night (2 night minimum)

  • BBQ on the deck overlooking the water.
  • All linens and towels (bath, beach, kitchen).
  • TV, DVD, CD, stereo.
  • Fire pit by the lake.
  • Wood burning fireplace upstairs, and gas fireplace
    downstairs.
  • Chairs on the dock, and chairs by the firepit.
  • 22 x 32 ft. private dock with swimming ladder, picnic table and shaded area.
  • Boat moorage at the dock. 
  • Lots of parking, room for boat trailer parking.
